As outlined in the recent letter emailed to parents, the wearing of the new school blazer is compulsory next academic year for all senior pupils returning to Dumfries High for S5 and S6 and encouraged for pupils in S1 to S4. Uniform fittings have been arranged for next week (see below) and pupils will be issued with details of how to purchase following their fitting.
We are excited about how smart the new green blazer looks. In particular, we look forward to the clearer identity Dumfries High School pupils will have in the local community, an increased sense of pride in belonging to our school and the opportunity the new uniform policy provides for all our senior pupils to act as role models.
