Congratulations to all the Solway Skating groups on their recent success during the Trophy D’Ecosse held at Dumfries Ice Bowl.
We would especially like to congratulate Jade and Lauren S1 who are part of the Solway Lightning Team. They won a Gold Medal in the preliminary category and are now the Scottish Champions. They were also voted as the most entertaining programme of the day.
Chloe and Abbie S2 who compete with Solway Eclipse won 2 Gold Medals. They placed 1st in the mixed ages and were crowned the Scottish Champions.
Sophie, Nicole, Abbie, Kasey, Amy, Gemma and Rosie who skate as part of Solway Stars were winners in their final season. The team won Gold in Junior B Category and Gold in the Scottish Category making them the Scottish Champions as well as the British Champions 2018/19.
