This role, within our Customer Success Function will give you the opportunity to be at the beating heart of the UK entity of a global organisation, you will support our Customers on a day to day basis – working with the wider organisation to ensure that all of our customers receive the best levels of service at all times.


Working within our Customer Success Team supporting our customer through Telephone, Email & Online Live Chat. No two days are the same, one morning you could be on the phone processing customer orders: the next you could be supporting investigations to support our customers.
