Highland Dancing at the Scottish Area Finals

At the start of May, Chloe S5 competed in the Highlands and Islands Music and Dance festival in Oban on the Saturday morning at the Scottish Area Finals. National Soccer 7’s Tournament

On Thursday 9th May our under 15’s girls football team played the next round of the National Soccer 7’s at Palmerston park. The girls were competing against Kilmarnock Academy, Prestwick Academy and Stranraer Academy in the tournament.  The girls played extremely well and were unfortunate that they drew their final game against Stranraer Academy to not go through.

Young Farmers’ Calf Rally

During the Easter holidays Lara and Jenna took part in the Dumfries and Galloway young farmers’ calf rally. Lara was champion with her bullock The Contender and Jenna was reserve with her heifer Bombay Sapphire.
