Battle of the Bands 2024
On Friday 29th November 4 bands consisting of pupils ranging from S3-6 competed in DHS Battle of the Bands 2024. The winning S5 pupils will experience a day at Circa 16 recording studio in Dumfries, to record a fully edited and mixed down audio of their chosen song.
A huge thank you to Dave Miller from Circa 16 recording studio in Dumfries for proving sound equipment during our rehearsals and final performance, as well as providing the final prize.
All pupils performed to a very high standard and the winner of the evening was ‘The Hazards’ pictured above.
